Check Daily   

•    Is the window display clean, free of  insects, cobwebs and/or soil?     

•    Are all light fixtures functional, free of insects, cobwebs and/or soil?

•    Is all litter, bird poop, and cigarette butts removed?

•    Is there any graffiti? If so, have you reported it?

Check Periodically 

•   Is the sidewalk swept or steam cleaned?

•   Are there any weeds in cracks of the pavement?

•   Does the landscaping outside your business appear to be healthy and maintained?

•    Have the windows been cleaned inside and out? Are there cracks?

•    Are all awnings, canopies, and marquees free of rust, torn fabric roofing material breakdown, peeling paint, and mildew?

Check Annually  

•    Does your sign accurately reflect your business?

•    Are the exterior walls of your business clean (no paint chipping, etc.)?

•    Are all wood surfaces protected with sealant such as stain or paint?
