The Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) is pleased to announce the upcoming seminar on the 2006 International Existing Building Code with John P. Neff, CBO and Jayne' Nelson, PE on July 24-25, 2008 in the City of Ellensburg. Ellensburg has many historic buildings in their downtown and they invited WABO to offer this class as they look at redevelopment and reuse of their structures.
