This illustrated talk, based on Kreisler and Glenn Mason’s book of the same title, traces the Arts and Crafts legacy from its 19th-century English beginnings to its flowering in Washington and Oregon through the 1920s and beyond. Kreisler weaves everything from iconic masterpieces to recent discoveries into a tale of idealism and devotion. He will sign books at A Book for All Seasons in Leavenworth from 1 to 3 p.m.
