Railroad historian Mark Behler will lead identical tours to historical railroad sites on Stevens Pass at the end of this month. 2010 being the centennial of the Wellington Disaster, the tours will start with a look at photos and artifacts from that terrible day - when an avalanche swept two trains from the tracks and killed 96 people. Bring a lunch and be prepared for a short walk around the five sites. The program is presented jointly by the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Upper Valley Museum. Sign up through UVM at 548-0728.
